Oldies But Goodies!
This is a sweet old video of Saves the Day playing some tracks off of their album Can’t Slow Down. I was obsessed with this band in high school and still can’t help but keep one of their first three albums (Can’t Slow Down, Through Being Cool, Stay What You Are) on my 2gb mp3 player. Make sure you check out Can’t Slow Down if you’ve never heard it before because it’s some of the best pop-punk/emo/whateverthefuckyouwanttocallitIdon’treallycare I’ve ever heard. Fast, short songs with great melodies and well-written lyrics. The Choke is my favorite song off of that album and if you just want to listen to one of the songs in this 3 song set, I reccomend skipping ahead to 2:33 to listen to The Choke. Awesome.
