This is great.  A newer performance from the CPDRC inmates. If you still haven’t heard of this prison and the dance program they have going on in Cebu, I must say it’s time for you to meet more Filipinos. If you search CPDRC on Wikipedia you’ll find plenty of information on the dance program that has been happening since 2007.  This has to be one of the more intelligent forms that I’ve seen prison rehabilitation programs take and I hope in the future something like this can be found in many if not all prisons.  Party on Phillipines and enjoy!!
